In 1986 there were too many guns and too much crack for young black men to safely navigate.
In 1999 I left to find the start of a post college professional life
In 2004 I left to discover the Pacific
Now in 2012 I leave to start fresh….
I have left Brooklyn before but this time it is not for me.
